Are any of these products pharmeceutical brand name medications?
We do not sell pharmaceutical medications. Our offerings are strictly research chemicals intended solely for laboratory use by professional and qualified personnel. These chemicals are not designed for human consumption or personal use.
How should I store these products?
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your reconstituted peptides, store them in a dark, sealed container in the refrigerator. If you need to keep them for an extended period, place the peptides in an airtight container and freeze them until you’re ready to use them.
The products I ordered are on back order. When will they ship?
Some of our products require customization, which can extend the shipping time. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within three weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your order status. Thank you for your patience.
How do I know that your products are high quality?
To ensure quality, we randomly test products from each batch at a third-party lab. The lab provides us with a Certificate of Analysis, which details the substance’s identification, quantity, and quality. This certificate is then posted on our website. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a CoA, you can directly contact the lab for verification.
When do you ship?
For items that are in stock, we ensure prompt shipping either on the same day or the next business day, five days a week.
Do you provide directions on how to store and reconstitute research peptide products?
We do not provide instructions on how to use our products, as we expect that qualified professionals already possess the necessary training to reconstitute them. We encourage you to do your own research before using the products.
Are the peptides in a powder form?
All peptides are provided in powder form and need to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water.
How do I pay for my order?
If you have placed your order but have not yet completed the payment, please note that your order will not be shipped until we receive and verify the funds.
